Q: How does it work?

A: You simply remove the lid, and fill up the upper compartment with water. After allowing time for the water to travel through the filters and into the lower reservoir you use the integral tap to fill your glass with clean, clear water.

Q: What happens inside the water purifier?

A: When water is added to the upper reservoir, the water will slowly filter through the ceramic cartridge which will remove suspended solids and micro-organisms. The activated carbon core to the filter will absorb any odours, tastes and chlorine that may be in your tap water. The water then flows through the CZR canister which will electrochemically remove dissolved metals and help to keep the water in the lower reservoir sanitised. The water is then ready to be used by you.

Q: How often should I replace the cartridges?

A: There are two cartridges inside the purifier. Both should be replaced on a yearly basis.
